Financial Analyst, Finance department

The role will involve: Reporting on monthly results and position in Russia: data-based and interpretative reporting Variance Analysis on monthly results (versus forecast, versus plan, versus PY) Quarterly reviews of results with business leaders, office profitability analyses, etc. Lead ad hoc projects to drive operational improvement across different areas of Finance Enhancement processes between Finance & other parts of the business Contribute to greater coordination / integration between IFRS & Local Accounting teams and processes Participation in quarterly accounting (IFRS-Local) reviews, hard closing and external audits Support Russia Financial Controller / Tax Manager on tax management / optimisation To be considered you should possess: At least three years experience of providing financial analytical support in an internal environment Higher education in finance, accounting or economics ACCA/CIMA qualification is preferable Commercially-oriented, good knowledge of IFRS, working knowledge of Russian GAAP, understanding of finance operations, innovative, good communication skills.
