Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst at A&NN Group, you will play a key role in supporting the group's financial analysis and reporting needs, particularly focused on the portfolio of securities and crypto assets. Due to the lean team stA&NN Group is a diversified investment company with a strong presence across Russia and Europe, managing a portfolio that spans retail, fintech, consumer goods, tech/startups, crypto, and liquid assets.ructure, you will be closely involved in the financial management of the portfolio, providing data-driven insights and reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Reporting and Analysis

•        Prepare detailed financial reports on the portfolio of securities and the crypto portfolio on an as-needed basis, delivering timely and accurate insights.
•        Analyze the performance of the securities and crypto investments, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
•         Support the preparation of reports for senior management and stakeholders, including detailed breakdowns of portfolio composition, performance metrics, and market conditions.
•         Collaborate with other teams to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date financial data is available for reporting and analysis purposes.
•         Provide ad hoc support of portfolio companies (presentations, financial modelling etc.)

Portfolio Support:

•         Maintain close communication with portfolio companies and external partners to stay informed of their financial performance and market positioning.
•         Conduct valuations and financial analysis of both securities and crypto assets, providing recommendations based on findings.
•         Monitor market developments and provide regular updates on potential impacts to the portfolio, particularly within the crypto and fintech sectors.

Deal Analysis and Execution

•         Assist in the analysis of new investment opportunities, with a focus on the crypto, fund of funds and liquid portfolio investments
•         Support due diligence processes by conducting financial assessments and preparing investment memos and presentations.
•          Help structure and evaluate deal terms, ensuring alignment with financial goals. 

Qualifications

•         Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, or a related field.
•         1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, BIG4, venture capital, or consulting.
•         Strong skills in financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis, with the ability to create accurate and insightful reports on demand.
•         Experience in portfolio reporting, particularly for securities and/or crypto assets, is a strong advantage.
•         Passion for crypto markets and emerging financial technologies, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends.
•         Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
•         Advanced English and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
