FINANCIAL MANAGER

Reporting to the General Manager of the Russian office and functionally to the Regional Financial Controller (based in EMEA region), Finance Manager will play an active role in one of the fastest growing branch within the Company. Your responsibilities will include: Ensure timely and accurate financials in accordance to US GAAP and RAS Review internal controls and SOX documentation to ensure compliance to corporate policies and local statutory requirements Manage annual budgets and monthly forecasts for operating expenses, including variance analysis Prepare monthly/ad-hoc reporting to support performance tracking and decision making Manage revenue recognition credit management policies/processes Monitor and manage cash flows Liaise with internal and external auditors Ensure compliance with local direct and indirect tax regulations, including transfer price Actively participate in diverse corporate projects as required Required experience and skills: Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications CPA and/or ACCA qualifications would be a plus About 5-7 years of accounting/finance background, including at least 3 years of managerial experience within an international company Knowledge of US GAAP, Oracle and Hyperion would be a plus Fluency in Russian and English is essential Proactive and hands-on approach Proven projects track record Strong communications skills
