Responsibilities for Finance Manager

• Oversight of all accounting and back office functions in the company
• Prepare group reporting package for Group consolidation under US GAAP
• Prepare Management reporting package

To fill the role a candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:

• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance, proven by 3+ years of professional experience
• At least 2 years of experience in Big4
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills
• Ability to drive process improvements and simplification
• Good organizational and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask
• Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills and attention to details
• Fluent English
• ACCA
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders and communicate the benefits of initiatives
• Implement and develop the budget system and budget control processes
• Assist in integration of accounting software to group consolidation software
• Work directly with internal/external audits during quarterly and annual audits
• Cooperate with Accounting Shared Service on improvement of internal controls
• Closely cooperate with Accounting Shared Service in Head Office, implement global standards and take part in finance team projects
