FIXED INСОМЕ SALES

JOB FUNCTION. DUТIES AND RESPONSIВILI ТIES: Work with institutional clients across Western Europe, Baltic countries and Russia to facilitate primary and secondary distribution and trading of fixed income products (including high yield, distressed debt, and high grade Eurobonds, CLNs, LPNs, etc.), issued across the world. Support Eurobond proprietary trading desk. Work with the firm s regional salespersons and traders to facilitate cross-region sales (Europe-Asia, Europe-MENA, Europe-Latin America) and distribute our services. Support and facilitate all aspects of negotiated/competitive deals. Handle variety of OTC transactions in government, municipal, corporate bonds and commercial paper, including repos and derivatives. Execute bond trades for institutional clients. Develop the firm s European client base. Coldcalling Work closely with compliance and operations. Assist clients in identifying relative value opportunities. Foster/maintain excellent relationships with other dealer firms/external trading personnel. Вe а source of idea generation to provide added value to the firm and its customers. Maintain excellent reputation, street and client relationships.КNOWLEDGE, SКILLS, AND ABILITIES: Ability to assess market conditions/recent trades as a portfolio manager, perform Eurobond market surveillance, analysis, and ascertain pricing information to obtain best execution for our clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills. Must have an understanding of fixed income securities, the interest rate environment, and the mechanics of capital markets. Ability to work well under pressure and employ sound decision making skills. Strong problem solving skills necessary and an ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities. Work well with diverse clients. Working knowledge and ability to navigate Bloomberg.
