Head of M&A Division (oil & gas)

RESPONSIBILITIES Search for perspective upstream projects for business growth. Lead and coordinate the origination stage of the deals, covering end-to-end process with internal and external stakeholders. Support negotiation process to maximize the value for the company. Coordinate further activities to ensure successfull completion of each project. BACKGROUND Degree in Finance, Economics or related field. Significant M&A experience, oil & gas focus. Proven record in leading the deal, from origination phase to the closing. Experience in international projects is a strong advantage. Solid project management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent written and spoken English and Russian.
