HEAD OF TRADE MARKETING

We are looking for Head of Trade Marketing, responsible for 4 brands of the company.Main goal is to build a system and make system work. Responsiilites are: Take responsibility for national trade marketing activities within the retail channel; Develop strategic TM plan across Russia, develop and efficiently coordinate all the trade marketing activities in the channel; Manage the trade marketing budget; Identify opportunities for business partnerships; Lead in trade marketing projects. Manage a team all over Russia, etc. Successful candidate`s profile: Higher education; Relevant experience 3+ years Excellent communication and negotiation skills, result-driven and success-oriented; Aanalytical skills Able to work under pressure in a flexible environment; Good knowledge of English.
