Objectives

● Oversee cash flow management and financial risk mitigation to ensure treasury activities align with corporate goals.

● Build and maintain strong partnerships with banks to secure competitive terms for financial services.

● Establish and manage an effective payment system, ensuring timely and accurate domestic and international transfers.

● Develop strategies for managing financial instruments, including bank guarantees, letters of credit, and hedging techniques to strengthen the organization’s financial position.

● Promote a collaborative and proactive work environment, encouraging open communication and accountability within the team.

● Generate regular reports for senior management, highlighting cash positions, financial risks, and opportunities.

● Monitor and enforce compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies, safeguarding the

organization’s financial integrity.

Expectations

● Higher education in finance or a related field.

● At least 5 years of senior-level experience in treasury management or a similar role.

● Proven expertise in financial instruments, cash management, and banking relationships.

● Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher.

● Strong leadership and organizational skills that inspire and motivate the team.
