As a Head of YouTube in Russia, you will define and lead our cross-functional strategy to make YouTube a success for its users, content partners, creators, and advertising clients. Your team of direct reports consult Russian content partners and creators to find success on YouTube. In this role, you will be comfortable negotiating entertainment agreements with YouTube partners and working cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines. You will lead a matrix organization based team responsible for managing day-to-day partner relationships, some of whom report directly and some of whom have dotted line relationships.
In this role, you will also work with local and international Sales, Marketing, PR, and Policy teams -- key stakeholders for YouTube business in Russia. Your role will be to define business priorities, organize cross-functional alignment between those teams, set and track key goals, organize the resourcing and budgeting process, optimize processes in your team and across teams for maximizing impact. Finally, you will represent YouTube at key industry events and in front of the media.
