Our offer to you: You would be given the change to actively participate in the following: Providing administrative support to Team; Participating as an assistant in supporting Client Instant Feedback management process; Supporting Team in analytical activities Complaints management, statistics and analysis; Participating as an assistant in Business Intelligence analysis; Prepare presentations according to the results of Customer satisfaction and Business support surveys; Cooperation with other Units of the Bank. What we expect from you: Student in final years of studies in marketing / banking or financial services Strong motivation Goal oriented and ambitiousness Excellent communication and negotiation skills Team player High-quality organizational skills, self-organized person as well Experienced user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Fluency in the English language Application details: Duration: 6 months (start date 1st of July) Compensation: 40 000 in Russian Rubles paid monthly
