Coaching by senior colleagues and PwC partners, as well as exposure to client management provide an environment of meritocracy, team-spirit and fast learning, focusing on the things that really matter.Are you passionate enough about Metals and Mining to join us?The opportunity: Outstanding career perspective and opportunities for personal growth in the world s leading professional services company Working on the top priorities of metals and mining companies in one of the most important sectors of the economy in Russia and CIS Developing a management perspective on problem solving in theory and practice Intensive personal coaching through experienced colleagues, international experts and partners of the firm Working in multidisciplinary teams in a true team spirit environment with Western corporate culture of mutual respect and merit Fast development of new skills through learning on the job, as well as trainings (in Moscow and in Central Europe) The roleOperations: Analyze the current operational performance of the client (such as OEE) and assess the potential for improvement Develop production models, identifying bottlenecks Review maturity of key processes, such as maintenance, production planning, comparing with international best practices Prioritize areas for improvement, taking a management perspective Develop recommendations on how to improve performance, addressing technical, as well as organizational issues Accompany implementation, acting as a change agent and coach to client teams Build functioning systems of continuous improvement Strategy: Develop assessments of client s competitiveness for the business as a whole, as well as on an asset level Assess influence of market trends on the client s business, such as changes in supply and demand, entry of new competitors, new products Perform SWOT analyses Develop market models Identify opportunities for growth through investment projects and M&A Analyze investment projects, seeking for improvements of shareholder value Develop strategic recommendations and implementation plans for strategic initiatives Help management on communication and coordination of work streams Successful candidates' profile Education, experience and skills: Graduates of 2011-2015 years in an area relevant to the metals & mining sector, such as mining engineering, geology, metallurgy, mineral economy Excellent analytical skills, evidenced by strong academic performance (grades) Understanding of key operational concepts (such as OEE analysis, statistical analysis of production) and methods of performance improvement (such as Lean Processing, TPM, Six Sigma) Capability to organize own work and also lead small teams/work-streams Practical experience in preparing business reports, electronic presentations and spreadsheets using MS Applications Fluent Russian; Advanced English (fluent written and at least Upper-Intermediate oral) Ability to work full-time Soft skills: Curious mind and proven ability to acquire new skills quickly Outgoing, energetic personality, with passion for metals and mining Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment, focusing on results and keeping deadlines Ability to communicate and interact effectively with clients at all levels of the organization, from senior management to shift workers Ready for business trips Team player
