Internship at Mail.RU Group M&A/Investment team

Responsibilities:

• M&A deals support
• Deep industry analytics
• Preparation of weekly/monthly analytical reports on VC and M&A deals worldwide
• Preparation of investment presentations and financial models

Requirements:

• Final year economics/finance student
• High motivation to get investment career track
• Fluent English
• Strong analytical thinking and business sense
• Excellent knowledge of corporate finance, accounting and financial modeling
• Prior internship experience in IB, strategy consulting (Big3), PE/VC, Big4 (valuation & corporate finance) is required If you would like to get exposure to the most dynamic and performing investment sector and get M&A / VC industry experience participating in key deals which change the whole industry
