Successful candidates should possess the below: Young, top-talented graduates in Business or Finance with 2 years + of relevant professional experience (experience in corporate finance/valuation/transaction support is a plus) Highly motivated to develop a career in M&A/ investment advisory (experience in TMT is a plus) Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to add value, influence change, innovate, visualise and create whilst providing outstanding client service Dynamic and enthusiastic team player that enjoys driving internal and external client satisfaction Willingness to travel and work in some of the most dynamic regions of the CIS Fluent in English and Russian
