Investment Associate/Manager

The successful candidate will:

• Do market research and analysis world-wide;
• Conduct valuation and investment analysis;
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for the shareholders and management;
• Participate in all stages of investment deals (buy- and sell-side), including origination,  structuring and execution;
• Participate in portfolio companies management (both public and private), including in-depth review of operations and financial results, budgeting and strategic planning.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years in private equity, investment banking, in-house M&A, corporate finance or consulting, preferably with experience in metals & mining;
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills;
• Understanding of macro fundamentals and trends;
• Able to work independently with little supervision;
• Attention to detail;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Advanced oral and written English is a must;
• Degree in business, finance or technical sciences;
• CFA / ACCA degree is a plus.
