Our client is one of the leading investment boutiques in Russia, with an excellent track record of the successful transactions, advising clients on mid-cap M&A deals throughout Russia and CIS. They would like to expand their Moscow M&A team with a second/ third-year analyst.

- Prepare presentations, pitch books, info memo and other documents
- Perform industry | company analysis and research
- Perform valuation of companies Financial modeling
- Work as part of a team on analyzing M&A transactions
Your Profile:
- More than 1 year of relevant M&A experience.
- Ideally 2 Investment Banks or Valuation or M&A groups from Big 4 companies
- A graduate of one of the top universities (MGIMO, MGU, University of Oxford or University of Cambridge, LSE or UCL )
- Robust financial and analytical skill set. High level of financial modeling (DCF, LBO) and presentation skills
- Eager to work hard (including weekends and holidays)
- Mature, ready to solve non-standard tasks
- Highly motivated, reliable, self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent level of English language/ Native Russian
