The main goal is to acquire enterprises with good EBITDA margin, low debt/equity ratio, export oriented revenues from non-governmental sectors. Position - Investment Director: Job description Deal origination (investment idea, pipeline, analysis and negotiation) and deal execution (DD, structuring, debt capital fundraising, closing and further monitoring) Desired Skills & Experience Deep understanding of at least one industry Hands-on experience in managing positions in operating companies Strong negotiation skills (tough, but flexible and polite) Real experience in closing of at least 5 deals Vast life experience Solid network (incl international) Goal oriented Ability to do the work by himself/herself without support from the back-office (we don t work with princesses) Unbelievable optimism and sense of humor Position - Associate/ Analyst Job Description The analyst will be responsible for (but not limited to): first level analysis of incoming projects; marketing, financial and business analysis; financial modeling (Excel); presentations and other decision making package quick searching for experts and specialists in unfamiliar field; participating in DD process; participating in a day-to-day operating activity of portfolio companies. Desired Skills & Experience bachelor s degree (all majors will be advantages for a candidate); at least 1 year of professional experience in the field adjacent to the PE/IB/coroporate finance; strong communication and analytical skills; strong quantitative skills and ability to use common sense; financial modeling skills (ability to construct models in Excel); experienced reader and analyst of corporate financial statements (CFA Level 1 strictly recommended); ability to assess companies and projects using DCF method; easy understanding of different business processes.
