Portfolio Investment director

Main responsibilities

• Supervising and monitoring investment portfolio, managing information flows to and in relation to portfolio
• Review of the accounting and financial statements (both IFRS and RAS)
• Business development: identification of potential for further development of portfolio and value proposition in relation to corporate and investment advisory services
• Communicating with the management of portfolio companies and their respective shareholders
• Deal Sourcing and Origination Ambitions: looking for new services proposal opportunities, development of relationship with co-investors and clients

Requirements

• Financial Degree (HSE/ MSU/ MGIMO/ Financial Academy);
• 5-7+ years PQE (Big 4 firms, investment funds or banks, multi-or single family offices with investment focus);
• Experience of participation in complex multi-jurisdictional projects;
• Fluent business English both oral and written;
• Client-oriented approach;
• Flexibility and multitasking abilities.
