IT DIRECTOR

Description: Lead and develop the IT function in Russia to include Strategy, Projects, Infrastructure and Budget to permit the company strategic growth. Ensure the IT function contributes to business development, proactively supporting pre-sales and new business implementations Ensure continuous improvement of all IT policies and procedures To support the on-going development of the Applications Portfolio ensuring the best solutions are available to our customers both now and in the future To act as a leader and sponsor of change management projects Successful candidate`s profile: Practiced in managing IT projects, preferably in a retail environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills Able to communicate technical and business issues to internal and external teams Strong commercial awareness Experience ideally gained in a Russian wide multi -site environment Experience of managing multi-skilled teams Fluent English
