• Project management
• Prepare financial models, marketing materials, presentations and other project-related documents
• Interact with Clients
• Conduct financial due-diligence
• Develop junior staff
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Finance
• M&A experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Finance
• Experience in project management
• Fluent English is a must
• Good presentation skills
• Good knowledge and accurate understanding of relevant theory: financial management, corporate finance, strategic management, investment valuation, accounting
• Experience in financial modeling
• Ability to meet tough deadlines
• Eager to learn and result oriented with ‘whatever-it-takes’ attitude
