Junior Analyst

Air Capital is looking for a full-time junior analyst to join its Investment team in Moscow. As an analyst at Air Capital you will gain insight into the world of management and grow of the real assets value as well as get exposure to attracting financial and strategic investors. Responsibilities: Origination of prospective investment opportunities Research of industries, sectors and markets, identification of emerging trends and opportunities Analysis, screening and execution of investments in the portfolio Valuation of prospective investment opportunities Preparation of Investment Committee presentations Ongoing work with portfolio companies Requirements: At least 1 year of relevant experience (venture capital, private equity, investment banking or consulting experience is preferred) Fluency in written and oral English and Russian Strong quantitative and finance skills (with an emphasis on valuation and corporate finance) Outstanding record of professional and academic achievement Entrepreneurial mind-set and passion for startup brick-and-mortar businesses Exceptionally strong Excel and modelling skills are a must Outstanding communication and presentation skills, advanced users of PowerPoint are preferred A natural team player High motivation and ability to take initiative, self-starters are preferred High attention to detail and organizational skills What you can expect: Full-time job with top Financial Academy, MSU, SPSU graduates Competitive pay package based on experience, relevant skills and performance Intellectually challenging, international and multi-cultural work environment Challenging responsibilities with the chance to build your network in the industry Class A office near Barrikadnaya station
