Junior Sales Trader

Responsibilities: Sales Trading and Advisory across Russia Selling EMEA Equity product to local client base; Communicating research and trade ideas to clients effectively generating new business; Execution of trades in a profitable and timely manner of behalf of clients. Required skills: ESSENTIAL: Fluent English University degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent; At least 3 years of experience in institutional equity sales trading to domestic or international clients; Must have established contacts with portfolio managers at Mutual Fund Institutions and Hedge Funds within the Russia and CIS. Strong communication skills and ability to articulate equities trade ideas, ideally proven profitable track record of gaining client trust and generating revenue from long-only focused institutions. Manage analyst marketing, meetings, conference calls and industry events with clients. Comfortable communicating with industry experts, company management and investment professionals. Energetic and self-motivated must be extremely organized and able to prioritize work and multi-task efficiently. Interested in working in a demanding, entrepreneurial and dynamic team environment.
