• Transaction documents drafting (SPA, SHA, call / put options, subscription agreements, term sheets, etc., both in English and Russian / under English / Russian law)
• Due diligence
• Investors’ KYC
• Opening bank accounts
• Participating in negotiations
• Researches
• Holding shareholders’ meetings
• Interaction with notaries 

Требования к кандидату

• Higher education in law at one of the top universities
• 5-10 years of experience (experience at ILF will be an advantage)
• Attention to details
• Ability to manage and meet agreed upon deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluency in written and oral English
• Experience in English law / Russian law transactions
• Ability to think out of the box
• Outstanding record of professional and academic achievement
• A natural team player
