We Offer

You will face an exciting opportunity to support Credit Suisse Moscow as a Lawyer. In the function you will take care of :

• Providing legal advice on various matters to the business and/or support divisions.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation (e.g. client agreements, vendor agreements, intra-group agreements).
• Legal “housekeeping” for CS Moscow legal entities, including corporate secretary function (e.g. GSM, BoD meetings, PoAs etc)
• Monitoring changes to relevant legislation, preparing impact analysis, updating relevant stakeholders and partners.

You Offer

• You possess a legal degree from a reputable Russian university
• You have at least 3-5 years of experience in legal department (preferably a combination of consulting and in-house experience in finance / banking)
• You are disciplined, motivated, reliable and committed person
• You combine strong analytical skills, structured working style that is focused on results with a conceptual way of thinking
• You have excellent interpersonal skills
• You are attentive to details
• Your flexibility and initiative together with creative and mindset and ability to work efficiently under stress complete your profile
• You are fluent in English and feel comfortable to communicate with all relevant key business partners
