Legal Counsel to the multinational company

Responsibilities: General legal support related to the Company s business activity (check of contracts, addendum agreements and annexes to these). Legal support to the Company s marketing department (check of contracts, marketing actions rules, marketing layouts). Check standard contracts on supply of tire production and preparation of additional agreements to them. Check employees tire purchase contracts. Preparation, check and amendment of ICO contracts. Compilation and preparation of the litigation documents and filing to the court. Representation at the courts of common practice and arbitration units (consumer rights cases, seeking for indebtedness, insolvency etc). Check compliance of accounting acts to contracts in accordance with the taxation rules and standards of the Company. Maintenance of the CTRUS e-archive. Preparation of documents for the proceeding of registration and other actions in line with the corporate law. Composition of official letters. Visits of the state bodies for different purposes, visits to notary for notary actions. Contribute to the development and coordination of tasks related to the position as Legal Counsel. Support superior in other legal matters when needed. Substitution of superior during his/her absence.
