Legal Intern

Key responsibilities:

• Providing legal support on various issues (primarily in the area of Corporate and M&A)
• Drafting legal documents (resolutions, SHA, SPA, etc.)
• Assisting on corporate restructuring and other corporate procedures
• Providing support to management in the engagement planning and management process
• Negotiations with clients and counterparties
• Participation in due diligence projects

Requirements:

• University degree in law or last year at university
• Legal experience and/or in-house legal practice with major companies, experience in the Corporate law within a Big 4 company or a law firm is a competitive advantage
• Fundamental knowledge of Russian and international law; understanding of basic concepts of English law;
• English – full working proficiency, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team, meet challenges
• Good client service skills

Please note, the internship is on an unpaid basis for the probationary period (three months). After successfully completing the probationary period, you will be hired as a junior lawyer.
