Requirements: Higher education in economics and finance From 3 years of experience in financial modeling and business valuation (consulting or IB companies) Experience within M&A consulting, corporate finance, investment banking or boutigue is a must ACCA or/ and CFA certificates will be a valuable plus Knowledge of IFRS and Russian accounting Fluent English Experience in working in or with oil & gas companies is a plus Responsibilities: Management of company's projects in terms of market analysis Creating investment and commercial models (DCF, models creation from scratch) Overall valuation of company's assets including M&A deals.
