M&A Projects Director - Upstream

Position is open is company s headquarter. This position is available only for citizens of Russia. RESPONSIBILITIES Identify potential projects in line with priorities for development of resources portfolio. Manage current projects in Russia and CIS countries. Manage cross-functional project team of professionals, as a single person in charge, during realization of new business development projects. Engage partners and investors for current projects. Effectively develop and maintain the network of professional contacts on regional level, including potential investors, consultants and regulatory authorities. BACKGROUND Degree in Finance, Economics or oil & gas related field, MBA preferable. Minimum 5 years of M&A experience in the leading investment banking organizations or oil & gas companies. Successful experience in management of investment projects in oil & gas exploration and production, starting from origination phase. Knowledge of oil & gas business. Experience in management of cross-functional teams. Experienced in building strong professional network and conducting negotiations. Fluent English.
