Manager (Financial Advisory Services)

Responsibilities: Lead financial due diligence projects for leading international and Russian clients Possibility to take part in projects of forensic & litigation and consulting Prepare reports and deliverables Prepare presentations for potential clients Develop and maintain strong professional relationship with clients Work within a small team of the FAS department, grow together Develop junior and senior staff Successful candidate s profile: University degree (preferably Master in finance, economics or engineering) At least 3-5 years of experience in transaction services for an international firm, ideally with 1 year of Manager experience in Big 4 Successful experience on financial due diligence for private equity funds Strong knowledge of IFRS and Russian Accounting Standards Ability to build excellent relationships with clients Fluent in English and Russian (French is a plus) Experience in managing team (4-8 people) Excellent team member Focused on meeting deadlines with the highest level of quality Hard working, ready to take on responsibility Excellent analytical skills and software skills (MS Office and 1C) ACCA/CFA qualification is a plus Ability to go on business trips We offer: Official stable salary Annual bonuses based on performance Health insurance Office in Moscow center (Kurskaya metro station) Lunches + mobile phone allowances Additional week of vacations Internal and external trainings Flexible secondment policy (possibility of temporary move or relocation abroad) etc.
