Managing Director, M&A

Requirements: 4+ years of previous experience in consulting, strategic management, financial advisory services, M Solid project management and leadership skills and experience; Ability to work independently and manage projects from front end to delivery; Superior analytical and communication skills; Fluency in English; MBA, CFA, CIMA, PhD. Key responsibilities: Controlling complete cycle of multipurpose consulting projects execution; Supervision over the project team (consultants and analysts) and provision of guidance for consulting projects; Work planning and resource allocation; Close cooperation with clients, preparation and presentation of business (commercial) proposals and results of the project; Contributing to business growth by enhancing company practices, staff management and mentoring, developing new clients. The candidate: University degree in Finance, economics or business administration; Proven track-record in M Solid skills in terms of monitoring the execution work of analysts, associates, VP s; Used to hard working environment; Exposure to FMCG, Finance, Construction, Mining sectors is considered as a plus; Fluent Russian and English.
