Plant Financial Controller

Job description: Participates in determination of financial policy of the company and takes measures for maintenance of its financial stability. Makes analysis and evaluation of financial risks, develops measures in order to minimize them, controls financial discipline, timely execution of contractual obligations and arrival of payments, correctness of transactions with suppliers, customers, credit organizations, etc. Participates in formation of tax policy of the company, financial planning and optimization of taxation, takes measures to improve the accounting policy of the company, analyses reasonability of investments. Carries out communication with banks and credit organizations. Carries out planning and budgeting, controls observance of the budgets. Prepares monthly reports for the parent company in Italy. Prepares various reports on demand of the General director. Reporting (financial statement, cash flow statement), IFRS/IAS GAAP Who we are looking for Higher financial education Experience in financial management English (fluent) or/and Italian (fluent) Teamwork capacities
