Consulting boutique firm BIC (Business Improvement Consulting) Group is looking for a Project Manager to join our team

Project Manager is the fourth level position in our firm.

As a Project Manager, you’ll join our consulting team of Roland Berger’s alumni on different operational and strategic projects. We suppose from you deep expertise and experience in management consulting or certain industry, which correlates with our main industries.

Our main industries are Engineering, Metallurgy, Mining, Retail etc.

As a Project Manager you’ll be responsible for one or several projects (it depends on complexity and size of the project), and, moreover, for the future developing of our Firm and further negotiations with clients.

Project Managers are like the “right hand” of our Partners. You should be a very responsible person, self-sufficient professional available to work in an uncertain environment and under tight deadlines, moreover strong leadership skills and reliability is a must. We suppose that you’ll be able to execute projects on a turn-key basis.

You’ll be like a respected member of the Team, who can influence the future of consulting and our Firm.

Requirements:

˃        Candidates with 5+ years working experience in any industry or 3+ years consulting related experience;

˃        MBA’s degree is an advantage;

˃        Experience of managing teams/projects is a must;

˃        Project Management Qualifications and Certificates are an advantage;

˃        Passion for a challenging and rewarding consulting career;

˃        Entrepreneurial spirit - taking initiative to make things happen, ability to work and manage the work of others in an uncertain environment;

˃        Solid analytics and communications capabilities;

Responsibilities:

˃        Leading, managing and being responsible for operational and strategic projects (more than 1)

˃        Managing, controlling and supervising work of junior colleagues in your project

˃        Negotiating with clients (C, Middle management- level) and presenting the interests/position of the Firm and Partners to the clients

˃        Being responsible for the results either to the partners and client

˃        Support and mentoring junior peers

˃        Salary will be discussed with the successful candidates. It has market boundaries of second tier consulting firms
