Summary of the role:

You will have a responsibility of selling LSEG’s Trading solutions in CEE/CIS through promoting a wide range of trading solutions for Buy Side and Sell Side clients of LSEG. Capitalizing on the growing business automation trend we are looking for a highly motivated specialist to drive growth in trading solutions

 

What will you do:

  • Hunt for new prospects
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities with existing customers
  • Structure and negotiate profitable deals
  • Provide insight and thought leadership with customers on specific proposition solutions

 

How you will do it:

  • Strong understanding of Buy side and sell side trading solutions
  • Familiar with APIs and integration business to customers workflow solutions
  • Solid understanding of buy side and sell side trading workflow, algo trading, machine driven trading strategies and front-end analytical GUIs
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of competitive landscape in buy side business communities
  • Previous knowledge dealing with large Order Management Systems (OMS) sales and placement.
  • Strong understanding of cross assets (ETIs, FI, FX, options and Futures)

 

Success is:

  • Increasing LSEG’s market share in Asset management, Investment management and sells side brokers and firms
  • Evidence of improved customer experience
  • Meet or exceed recurring subscription and outright sales in respective territory and market segment

 

What do you need to bring:

  • Over 5+ years of trading solutions selling experience
  • Knowledge of electronic trading solutions
  • Technical expertise: integration, API knowledge
  • Cross-asset solutions experience
  • Selling skills (identify, develop, & articulate proposition/ consultative selling) as a “hunter”
  • Presentation skills (verbal & written)
  • Experience selling to C- level executives
  • Russian & English both at high proficiency level
