Senior Accountant/Finance Controller

Functions: Actively participate in financial close: review of accruals, allowances, provisions, ensure audit trail Oversight from Finance part of complex and high risk processes (donations, PSAs) Oversight Due Diligence process of counterparties Review report on open PO Handle business documentation paperwork including formal validation of documentation Primary liaison with internal and external auditors as it relates to processes and coordination Manage monitoring program Maintain the signing authority log in accordance with the local legislation and Company policy Receive and resolve queries, providing help and support within the scope Perform balance sheet accounts analysis and reconciliations in the areas defined by Finance Controller, including reconciliation between Russian and US GAAP accounts Prepare various government statistical reports Be Financial Controller back-up during absences Prepare training and develop local helps Perform any other tasks assigned by the Finance Controller / Finance Director Effectively communicate with suppliers and co-workers Ensure compliance with corporate procedures and policies in daily work Requirements: Relevant experience Accounting/Economic/Finance Higher Education Excellent Knowledge of Russian Accounting standards and regulations and IFRS, US GAAP English intermediate Experience with SAP will be a strong advantage PC good knowledge (MS Excel, MS Power Point etc) Quick learner, reports on-time, with correct information to Finance Controller / Finance Director Terms: Professional growth in the international business environment Voluntary Medical insurance for employees Competitive Salary Food payment Annual Bonus Life & Accident Insurance Location: m.
