Senior analyst / Analyst

PF Capital is a small boutique firm shareholder office, providing management consulting, asset management and investment services for the limited number of large companies in railway industry (investments in production and service of railway transport, commuter rail, construction and other related sectors). Currently the team consists of investment professionals with extensive experience in IB (Morgan Stanley, UBS, Deutsche Bank) and consulting (BCG, PwC, EY and KPMG). Immediate tasks of the team are strategic planning and controlling as well as investment opportunity analysis. Besides that, we re quite active in corporate finance and M&A activities in our sector. We re steadily growing in the scope of our duties and now looking for fresh minds Senior analyst / Analyst to join our team. Candidates will be assigned with position according to their relevant experience and business acumen. Successful candidate will demonstrate good oral and written communication skills, structured approach to problem solving, creativity in finding information and data sources, as well as essential hard skills like PowerPoint slidewriting and Excel data analysis and modelling. Key responsibilities: Financial modeling for valuation and deal structuring (debt financing, LBO, M&A) Building of excellent presentations and for shareholders and financial institutions Expert interviews inside and outside of our portfolio companies Market research and data mining Requirements: Work experience: >1 year in top investments / consulting firms (mandatory) Experience in financial modeling, excellent understanding of business economics and corporate finance Economics / finance education is preferred Mathematics/physics/engineering is also acceptable Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint a must Experience with financial data providers (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, etc) is a plus Interest to machine building in general and to railway industry in particular Advanced English Terms: Full-time contract Office is located in 10 minutes from Taganskaya metro station Compensation grade is estimated based on candidate experience
