Senior Analyst / Associate

Responsibilities: company and industry research; preparation of marketing and presentation materials, incl. briefs, teasers, info memos, preparation of financial models, incl. valuation (DCF) and debt financing; coordination of financial due diligence process (buy- / sell-side); support in legal documents drafting, eg engagement letters, term sheets, transaction documentation, etc.; coordination of client team s and third parties, eg accountants, lawyers, technical experts, activities; add hoc assignments. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in IB, PE, Big 4 (valuation), corporate sector (strategy, corporate finance, business development); proven ability to manage a diverse range of assignments / projects; strong knowledge of accounting standards, incl. RAS, IFRS, US GAAP; understanding of basic principals / structures of IB products, incl. debt and equity financing (public / none-public); understanding of applicable to the role principals of Russian and English law; attention to details; ability to work under pressure towards strict deadlines; higher education in finance / economics / mathematics / physics / engineering from recognizable universities; Skills: strong analytical and research skills; advanced financial modeling / valuation; advanced Power Point, Excel and Word user; strong written / verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal / client facing skills; excellent teamwork and leadership skills; commercial awareness; fluency in English and Russian.
