Senior Analyst

Main responsibilities and duties:

• Analysis of the documentation of the current corporate structure and the main provisions of the current documents.
• Analysis of the financial condition of the group and possible problems / adequate level of expenses for the maintenance / optimization of the corporate structure
• Writing diagnostic reports, preparation of final versions of final reports
• Market analysis and identification of potential customers
• Conducting document flow for the project and billing

Mandatory requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in economics or finance;
• Deep knowledge of all valuation and analytical methods and models;
• Prior work experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting or Big 4(Transaction Services, Valuation, Advisory) from three years minimum;
• Good command of English
• Strong analytical and Excel modelling skills
