SENIOR ANALYST, STRUCTURED FINANCE

Description: Preparation of credit applications and performing company's valuation Responsible for creation of structured products range (including syndication deals) Conducting negotiations with the major borrowers Credit transactions structuring and loan documentation preparation Preparation of credit applications on the Credit and Investment Committee Successful candidate`s profile: Finance / economics university degree At least 3 years of relevant experience, professional experience in long-term financing Knowledge of accounting - RAS, IFRS, US GAAP Technical knowledge of transactions structuring and execution Excellent communication skills Fluent English is a must
