The Role: Work as part of a team on analysing M&A transactions, potential and existing proprietary investments and other transactions Preparation presentations, pitch books, info memo and other documents Perform industry and company analysis Valuation of companies Financial modelling Your Professional background: Leading Investment Bank or Private Equity Fund Strategy consulting (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Oliver Wyman) Research department of well-known Investment Bank or PE Fund Valuation or M&A groups from Big 4 Your Profile: Graduate of one of the top universities 2-4 year of relevant experience Robust financial and analytical skill set High level of financial modelling and presentation skills Eager to work hard (including weekends and holidays) Mature, ready to solve non-standard tasks
