Senior Associate, Implementation

The company is searching for Senior Associate to join it's fast growing team Russia.Responsibilities implement operations excellence solution in following areas: Strategic and Rapid sourcing and Supply Chain Performance improvement throughput, salesforce effectiveness and cost reduction Optimisation of capital projects design and execution Commercial Due Diligence Requirements Ability to meet travel requirements - up to 95% of working time 3+ years consulting experience in a top tier consulting firm or relevant consulting experience in procurement, cost reduction, performance improvement or capital optimisation Experience across one or more ofthe following industries: mining, resources, oil & gas Proactive and team oriented approach to the undertaking of research, strategic analysis and project management Strong interpersonal and coaching skills MBA qualified or higher degree in Engineering or Science Fluent in both Russian and English
