Senior Associate (Real Estate and Construction)

Responsibilities:

• Participation in major acquisitions of commercial real estate, constructional and agricultural projects, structuring and transactional work
• Due Diligence
• Advising largest Russian banks and other institutional investors, developers, private companies and industrial and agricultural holdings

What we are looking for:

• Higher education (law) from the leading Russian universities;
• Post-graduate degree/qualification with a foreign university is an advantage;
• From 5+ years' of experience;
• Experience in giving legal support to cross-border projects, working with EPC contracts,
• FIDIC standard documentation;
• Working experience with top Russian law firm, BIG4, financial institution, developer;
• Preparedness to lead complex transactions, e.g. interact directly with clients, participate in negotiations, instruct and supervise mid-level and junior associates;
• Extensive experience with Russian law;
• Strong drafting skills in both Russian and English;
• Being prepared to invest your time and skills into the development and promotion of success of the practice (that includes marketing activities and educating junior lawyers);
• Strong sense of responsibility for the result.
