Aspring Capital is currently recruiting for a Senior Associate/ VP to become a part of our team, ensuring the efficient execution and implementation of key aspects of our initiatives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Running day-to-day execution of live M&A and ECM/DCM advisory transactions
Responsibility for all key deliverables during marketing and execution of live transaction, including pitchbooks, teasers, information memoranda, management presentations, financial models, valuation opinions and other required materials
Handling due diligence processes, including due liaison with / handling of external advisors such as auditors, tax and legal consultants
Drafting transaction documentation
Managing team members and their involvement in marketing activities and execution of live transactions
Developing a network of contacts in the industry, including via participation in conferences, exhibitions etc, ability to represent the firm at media events
Active involvement in origination of new mandates alongside Partners / Directors
Develop relationships with existing and potential clients through deal execution and pitching
Act as a mentor for junior members of the team, evaluate and assist in improving their performance
Adhere to the highest standards of ethics and corporate value of the firm, and promote adherence thereto among junior members of the team
REQUIRED BACKGROUND:
Either (i) an MBA plus 3+ years of investment banking experience as an Associate / VP from a top tier investment banking firm, or
(ii) a bachelor s degree from an top-tier university plus 6-8 years of investment banking or corporate finance advisory experience
Solid track record of successfully closed M&A and ECM/DCM transactions
DESIRED EXPERIENCE SKILLS:
Excellent financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and accounting skills / knowledge
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A must to have excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills and strength of character to make an impact in the business
Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to solve problems, both strategically and operationally
Be professional and credible when dealing with members of the organization as well as externally
