Senior Audit

General: actively participate in the planning process of certain audits perform the fieldwork in accordance with the agreed audit plan take a lead during smaller audit engagements responsible for the timely and qualitative execution of the audit fieldwork under the supervision and guidance of the Audit Manager build and maintain the relationship with entity management and staff further develop skills and competences according to the Competence Development program of the Internal Audit function Operational and Fibacial Audits identify the key risks associated with the audit understand the key processes and identify, walkthrough and test the key controls document the audit work in line with the company's documentation standards train and coach the more junior staff take a lead during less complex audit engagements lead the execution of audit (pre-, on-site and post -phases) as well as follow-up reviews under the supervision and guidance of Audit Manager write up audit findings as part of the audit report in a professional language, being clear, concise and fact-based present audit findings as part of the Closing Meeting to management of the audited entity/process under the guidance and supervision of the responsible audit lead/audit manager Knowlenge, Skills and Experience more than four years of Internal Audit experience in an internationally operating Company and/or External Experience (BIG 4). less than four years of Internal Audit experience combined with solid work experience in specific business processes of an internationally operating Company ( Logistics, Sales, Production, SChM, Construction ect.) university degree or equivalent in business administration/economics or engineering preferably CIA/ CISA / CPA/ ACCA certification Knowledge of an internal audit tool; i.e. Teammate practical experiences in executing and leading audit assignments the field of operational, financial, IT and compliance leadership competences to deliver on the assigned audit mandate good oral and written communication skills in Russian and English Full day work schedule, business trips
