Major Scope of Responsibility Annual Budget and monthly Forecasting on time & quality Agreeing & controlling sales terms, including Pricing (HDM process facilitator), Trading Terms & Returns Tracking & Controlling of Advertising & Promotion expenditure Overheads and Headcount Controlling Capital Expenditure Controlling and Approval Requests Preparation of all trade allowances and other accruals for accounting by SSC Finance Work with Finance partner to review and sign-off on Management P&L by Day 4 that is the basis of actual reporting Key actor of quarterly Balance Sheet reviews Supports Legal, Tax and statutory matters and audits close together with SSC Ad Hoc Analysis & Projects (projects to be aligned with FD) SOX Experience required 5 years plus experiences Controlling, FP&A and financial accounting Experienced in working in an international & matrix environment Knowledge in US GAAP & Russian Gaap accounting Knowledge in Internal Controls (Compliance) Experienced in processes Fluent Russian Fluent English Experience of working with SAP R/3
