Senior Investment Analyst
Candidate requirements: • At least 2-3 years in an analyst role on fund/investor side, or in high quality consulting business • Very strong modelling skills • Prior experience in real estate prefered but not essential • Minimum of upper-intermediate English language ability

ADELPHI Role details:
Conduct detailed financial and valuation analysis.
Help evaluate potential acquisitions and deal opportunities.
Assist in deal underwriting and financial modelling.
Involved in tracking asset and operating performance.
Regularly be involved in portfolio monitoring, analysis and management.
Prepare investment materials including presentations, financial analyses and memorandums.
