What you will do:

Generate ideas, analyze options, propose and explain decisions

Convert concepts into measurable results by planning and managing delivery

Interact and establish trusted relationships with key client executives and industry leaders

Develop business opportunities, create projects and position your expertise on the market

Be a leader and a coach for junior staff

 

Your experience and capabilities:

Several years of banking industry and/or management consulting experience supported by references and results achieved

Knowledge of banking products, business processes, trends in the development of the banking industry

Understanding of approaches to digitalization of banks, principles of digital platforms and product development on the platform

Deep understanding of product development processes, covering the full cycle of product development from idea to implementation and market launch

Digital projects experience

Experience in conducting client research, idea generation workshops, market research and business case calculations

Insights and active curiosity in the latest developments in the industry

Strong proven capability in managing teams, projects, tasks and priorities

Leadership experience and potential to engage, motivate and develop people

Experience in establishing and developing relationships across organizations and its leaders

Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent presentation skills, written, verbal and visual communications

Fluent English and Russian

Advanced office software user (Excel, Power Point, Word)

Design thinking; Agile; Scrum, Kanban
