JOB DESCRIPTION:This program will allow you to concentrate your efforts in a specific area of our business, quickly developing proficiency and participate in many aspects of financial transactions. This internship program is the ideal opportunity for you to learn more about investment banking, and for us to find the next industry talents. This is an entry-level position with an expected duration of 2 months, starting from 1st July, with a view to long-term career opportunities. Aspring Capital is an independent investment bank specializing in M&A advisory and corporate finance services for Russian and international mid-cap players. We are focused on growing sectors such as TMT, FMCG, consumer retail and pharmaceuticals. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Gathering and synthesizing financial and operating information about companies, industries and governments Creating financial models Gathering market data to analyze trends and help value and price transactions Drafting presentations and memoranda for a wider audience within the firm and the financial services industry Attending team discussions and client meetings, where you may be asked to deliver parts of a presentation Assisting banking teams with day-to-day responsibilities REQUIRED BACKGROUND: Strong academic financial or related field achievements Fluency in English CFA is a plus DESIRED SKILLS: Strong analytical and numerical skills that put you at ease with financial data Results driven and able to perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines Team player with the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities Committed to excellence in your work and high professional and ethical standards
