Senior analyst

Duties: 

• Analytical support, investment evaluation;
• Market research; 
• Preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, valuation models of companies;

Requirements:

• Higher technical / economic (NES, HSE, MIPT, MSU, MGIMO, MSTU);
• Work experience of at least 2 years in an investment bank / boutique, private equity fund, venture fund, strategic consulting, Big4;
• Knowledge of corporate finance and investment analysis;
• Experience in the independent development of company valuation models, scenario analysis, identification of key drivers of development, risk assessment;
• Experience in evaluating venture, Internet, technology companies;
• Understanding the basic terms of M&A transactions and legal structuring;
• Experience with unstructured information;
• English is not lower than Upper Intermediate;
